Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Experience: 5-10 Years
Education: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical)

Bachelor’s Degree: Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics preferred).
Alternative: Diploma in Engineering with extensive relevant experience.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in energy management, safety (OSHA), or maintenance management are highly preferred
Minimum Experience: Generally 5 – 10+ years in utility management, plant maintenance, or facility management.
Industry Background: Experience in manufacturing, textiles, FMCG, or power plants is commonly required.
Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing a team, contractors, and vendors.
Infrastructure Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HT/LT panels, DG sets, transformers, HVAC/AHU systems, pumps, and water treatment plants (ETP/STP).
Maintenance Strategies: Proficiency in Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown maintenance.
Systems Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM), Building Management Systems (BMS), and Microsoft Office suite.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze utility consumption data (fuel, electricity) to improve efficiency.
Utility Operations: Ensure 100% uptime for all plant utilities.
Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.
Cost Management: Monitor and optimize utility costs to meet budgetary goals.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Vendor Management: Manage service contractors and suppliers.
