Secondinnings.work is a social service initiative by Custodian Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. to provide respectable post retirement engagement to senior citizens while also ensuring that the society is enriched by their experience and knowledge.

Secondinnings.work is dedicated to providing reemployment opportunities mainly to senior citizens or retiree 58 years and above. Governed by a sentiment of the times when the average life of individuals used to be much lower, in today’s times, at 58 years one is almost at the prime of his professional competence earned over decades of experience but still find himself out of the productivity market.

This added with the fact that he is competing against one of the largest young population pool in the world and his tasks doesn’t gets easier.

With less than 10% of the senior population under a pension scheme and free govt health care still not very effective, the majority of senior citizens are left to fend for themselves which severely effects whatever little saving that they have and fall to a bad state of affairs.

This is further compounded by the empty nest syndrome where the next generation is working and staying out of station leaving the older geenrations most of the times to fend for themselves.
